We lost heat due to an issue with our furnace. I made an appointment to have our furnace checked out. John and Paul were at my house the next morning and were able to get my furnace running and have my heat back on. Both technicians were very informative and professional. They informed me I also needed a new chimney liner and new furnace exhaust vents. Within a week they came back and finished the job. I will be using them in the future and highly recommend this company.

Koz Heating and Cooling is awesome! I able to schedule maintenance with them with my generator after we got the house, and they able to put us in schedule very fast.
Prior arriving, John our technician texted me that he is on his way, he is very friendly, and very details with his job. He also explained to me what was done. I was schedule with another company for my heating and cooling because when we purchase our home the previous owner was using ECS electric and they didn't provide heating and cooling service, but Koz Heating and Cooling does. (We love to support local small business)
We had a leak in our gas fireplace, and John came out and serviced it promptly. He was kind, courteous, and very thorough. This is the second time we have used your company, and will always call if and when we need anything for our heating and cooling. We are very happy that we finally found a company that we can trust.
