Excellent service and totally worth the money. Mike installed our hidden fence almost three years ago and it still works great. I've reached out to him twice since then—once for help with a minor issue and once to order more batteries—and both times he got back to me fast and was super easy to work with. He goes above and beyond, and my two dogs adjusted to the fence with no problem. Honestly, one of the best purchases we've made.
Great service! I called Mike with a problem five years after I installed my fence and he talked me through figuring out what the issue was. It ended up just being a setting issue on the transmitter. It's a breath of fresh air that there are still honest good people out there. Thank you!
K9 aka Mike is the best invisible fence for our 4 /4 pawed kids that after we called him he didn’t say it’ll be 3 to 4 weeks before I can get to your home,he came out the same night and started working on getting our electrical surge damage and the entire fencing wire removed and repaired in 1.5 days. All Mikes work was done immediately immaculately and cost effective unbelievably. I recommend K9 to anyone who cares about the quality, safety and reliability for all the work K9 completes.
