Overall, I love hotworx but they need to change the booking system to accommodating only one person to each sauna as most people I know as well as myself use the saunas alone to get the best results. If not, going with one friend is also an option but I would know I would be going with another person. There were many instances where I booked a completely open sauna with the hope of privacy while working out, but then get to the sauna on time to see another person in the sauna i had booked first. I signed up for hotworx for the privacy and the great classes offered but the booking system allows deception to if i’ll be alone or not, when I should always plan to be alone... read full review

I recently tried HOTWORX and it was an incredible experience. I did the hot cycle and hot pilates workouts and they were both amazing!!! I felt my body detoxifying and my muscles working but also relaxing at the same time! The environment is very welcoming and the studio is so clean!! I recommend HOTWORX to anyone looking to elevate their fitness routine!

Hotworx has been my favorite place since they opened 7 years ago! It is such an amazing experience where you can go at your own pace, on your own schedule and get to meet great people. If you are looking for a challenging 24 hour studio, Hotworx Macomb is for you!
