Elite Physical Therapy delivers top-notch care—the best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had. The women physical therapists there are phenomenal: skilled, compassionate, and truly invested in their patients’ progress. I came in with multiple issues, and even though I couldn’t complete my PT journey with them, I’d still highly recommend their expertise.
That said, their billing and administrative side is a mess. I had to chase down approvals with my insurance myself, only to find out Elite hadn’t submitted their paperwork on time. As a result, my insurance wouldn’t reimburse them for past sessions, forcing me to end treatment prematurely.
Elite Physical Therapy has the right name, it truly is an “Elite”facility. Dr. Rachel and staff give one on one personalized therapy based on every clients physical needs. The staff is knowledgeable, positive and hardworking! My family is thankful for Elite!!

Elite OMPT has quite literally changed my overall health and wellbeing. I have worked with multiple therapists there, who have all been wonderful, but I mostly work with the owner Rachel. Rachel takes time, gets to know her patients, checks in after treatments sessions, and personalizes each therapy session to that person’s individual needs! After a hip injury, I have been in PT for almost 9 months. I didn’t think I would be able to get back to my very busy and active lifestyle but today I am working out and working my two nursing jobs with almost no pain! They are quite literally the BEST team to have with you recovering from an injury! I am so so thankful for them!??
