I have been going to get all over color, highlight and haircuts from Tera for over 10 plus years. Tera has done the best blonde hair I have ever had with any stylist. She is a wonderful person and I really enjoy going to her to get my hair done. She always gets me in when I need! And I would highly recommend her to anyone.Services: Haircut
