Great service. Came out to our farm in gagetown. During coldest spell this winter . Furnace was shot. Got a new furnace for us. Very timely. We also needed a new water heater. The water heater had issues after 4 weeks of having it. They came out did a service call thought it needed re lit. The next day the same thing happened. called them. tech came right back out.. it was a faulty gas valve no service call charges were given . They took responsibility for problem . Technicians very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable Anytime I call the office.. office staff so helpful. Great communication
First, Josh was very professional, he showed excellent knowledge as a furnace text. Very positive and polite. I thank you Kundinger & Kroll and Josh, we are warm like toast now. God bless Josh and his family.
