“Working with Superior Exteriors was an easy stress free process and everyone was great to deal with. First contact was through their website and expected to wait at least a day, but within an hour Elise in the office was calling to make arrangements. She even called to confirm the appointment the day before to remind and confirm.We were initially just lookng for new gutters and Matt came out to look and discuss options. He was on time, and tried very hard to make friends with both dogs. When we realized the roof was 20 years, he came back out to check it again and then discussed all the options and materials that would be used. No pressure ever, but very informative and made you feel comfortable through the process.Once we got going Aaron was very communictive about the actual project completion. Came out to survey before starting, said when he was going to bring materials out the day before work began. On site the whole time as his crew worked and the new roof is amazing. Anytime we had questions he would take the time to answer and explain why they were doing certain repairs removing and replacing trim that had gotten rotted from the old gutters. He even managed to make friends with the dog Matt could not!The gutter crew was great to work with, polite, efficient and everything looks like it was always there and not just replaced.Overall, very pleased with having them do all the work. They were so thorough in clean up I think my yard was cleaner after they left!“
