Matt was able to diagnose a long-standing problem with my residential furnace system and heat pump within a matter of minutes and identified what the issues were and why it needed to be replaced. The furnace system was completely replaced, and now works impeccably (and at a very reasonable cost). The new furnace system is probably one of the most professionally-installed systems I’ve ever seen. Matt and his crew were very professional and wonderful to work with. So happy we booked Sue. She was absolutely the best! She was incredibly easy to work with and so talented. We had a large group, about 20 of us, and she choreographed us expertly. Kids ranged from 2-17 along with all the adults as well. She was fun, polite, kind, professional, excited, and most of all, sincere. You could really tell she loves taking photos. I highly recommend Sue for any of your photography needs. 5 stars! 2 thumbs up!
If you want a thorough, competent and skilled home inspector, Mike is your guy! He is quick to reply and answer questions on email and got us scheduled for an inspection within just a few days. As he is walking the property and house, he explains what he is doing and why, and is great about fielding your questions while he works. He left no stone unturned as he checked out every aspect of the home we wanted to buy. He is patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. By the time we were done with the inspection, the emailed report came quickly and was very detailed--with pictures, narrative, and condition ratings. All in all, we now have a great deal of confidence in the property we are buying, yet we know where the areas needing future work are located and we will be prepared for that. He is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him to you if you want the best inspector!
My sincere thanks to these people for fixing my leaking bathroom pipes. I called them at the last moment and they had someone over to my house in a couple of hours. I cannot say enough good about these two guys. They did a great job removing a full grown - but dead - red oak from our lawn. They were careful to protect our property; when they absolutely had to drive their trucks on the grass they put down 4 X 8 sheets of plywood to drive on! They finished with both guys raking the lawn - they really do leave it as good or better than they found it. Nice to see pride and a great work ethic in today's world. Thanks.
