Cannot recommend this company more! We have rented a waterslide for our daughter’s birthday party two years in a row and will undoubtedly use them for a third year. Chucta Rentals has consistently provided us with great customer service. Their communication and willingness to go above and beyond is something you don’t see often enough. We have rented from this small business for three years now and every year they have been amazing. We love there quick responses and they team of guys are great when setting up and breaking down. Have rented from them every year for my daughter's birthday for 5 years now. Always great and easy to work with. One year I did cancel the night before because I was worried about a possible storm and they didn't charge me or make me feel bad about cancelling. They were very understanding and helpful and I will continue to use them going forward and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.
