My sweet boy is sleeping peacefully on the couch now after his surgery (he and his sister have steps for the couch and the bed, so not to worry - no jumping is going on. You probably already knew he is “spoiled.” I just call it extra love.) I know he has a ways to go to heal, but for this moment, he is here and that makes me so so grateful. I can be very picky about my hair and usually prefer to cut it myself. Kailey has done an amazing job matching my color and helping me get back to my natural without too much discomfort in growing out my blonde. I even let her cut it at my last appointment, which is a big deal for me. She listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job.

We have been taking our dogs here for a few decades now, and my parents brought their dogs here. Yikes, am I old! But this multigenerational veterinary office is awesome! We have been struggling with getting proper repair work done on our hot tub for over a month now (July, 2025.) A different person came out twice and told me what needed to be done, but didn't really make the repairs we needed. I'm not an electrician and just OK with home repairs, so I personally replaced the low-flow pump and the heating element, but after doing this, the hot tub would no longer respond at all.
Frustrated, I reached out to a couple different sources for help, and finally came across Spa World of Schoolcraft. Wow. What a difference! They actually sent someone out the NEXT DAY (Mark?) and he took the time to go through everything, contacted the manufacturer's technical line directly, and methodically went through the circuits and connections until he found the problem. It took a solid hour to solve the problem but in the end no more parts were needed and now my grand kids can splash around again without it costing me what I thought was going to be another big parts and service bill.
To make it short, they did a great job and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I feel confident that if I need service again, they are the best option in the area for hot tub service and repairs.
