I had a shipment arrive and the driver didn’t have a pallet jack, so I called Weir’s to see if they could help me unload it. Their crew was all over it, they unloaded the shipment at their warehouse and then went the extra mile to help me get it down to my warehouse. Highly recommend this crew!
Justin and Hunter drove down to Traverse City and loaded all of my furniture and boxes into the truck. They moved quickly and efficiently and didn’t complain about carrying stuff down a very awkward staircase. Weir stored my things for 1 month while I waited to close on my house. I gave them only a few days notice to have everything packed back up and delivered to my house in the Soo, but they made it happen! Everything was delivered safe and sound. I’m so appreciative to Tom, Justin, and Hunter (and everyone else at Weir) for making this long-ish distance move an easy one! Tom was great to work with and very quick with responses. Would highly recommend!
Hands down the best moving company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish, excellent work! Tom came to do an in-person assessment and price estimate - he was professional, on time, and gave me some great pointers for packing my stuff! The movers loaded yesterday (in Petoskey), 2 young guys whose names I didn't catch, and they were also super nice and on time. Grabbed items I hadn't even packed yet and took care of them for me! They unloaded this morning (in Kalamazoo) and even at 8a were nice and got everything done quickly. All my things arrived in great shape as promised.
