Brought my husband there tonight in excruciating pain to the point where he felt he was going to pass out. More than likely an infection that needs immediate treatment. Waited 3 hours and still didn’t get seen. My husband was frustrated an exhausted and we expressed urgency multiple times and they did not seem to care.

I had knee surgery done and the people are very nice there thanks to the doctor and the nurse my knee feels a 100% better

Ever since U Of M took over it is difficult to get anyone on the phone. If I want too listen elevator or funeral music I Get On an Elevator or go too a funeral.

I got bitten by my cat when she had a seizure. I went first to urgent care. It was 200 so went to er. They were great!! Took x rays and I went in pt two days!! Nurses doctors dietary and aides were kind and supportive. I can’t thank them enough

Since MyMichigan took over, service has gone way down hill. Don't even try to go to the Emergency department if you are in pain. you will get treated like a drug seeker. They keep loosing doctors, and scheduling is a joke as you will wait forever to get an appointment. Big Mistake selling out to MyMichigan

Had to go to the ER, nurses were fantastic. Everyone explained everything to me. Then got admitted to the 2nd floor ICU, they were very very meticulous in testing. Nurses were great with a few really standing out. Had Dr O'Connor responsible for my care, he was excellent. Not just in terms of being a good doctor, but in taking time to discuss things with you and really seemed to care, excellent bedside manner. It was my first time at your hospital, but you guys made a crappy situation bearable. Food overall was ok.

My aunt went in not able to talk or swallow, ER Dr, has no care in the world, did not tell us anything, we asked for her to be transferred. They ignored our request. They admitted her and the Nurses on the 2nd floor were great with my aunt, the doctors did not do what they needed to or what we suggested to help my aunt. They blew it off and said they can take care of her. Obviously not!! A kidney doctor came in and asked why is she here, we said you tell us, we asked for her to be transferred multiple times. That is when they decided to get her to Munson, but it was to late. They are not skilled for higher level of care. My aunt passed away at Munson Medical, who were amazing and did every testing possible to try and save her life. War Memorial MyMichigan let her down and now we lost my aunt. Not happy with this hospital at all. Go elsewhere for care. Do not go to MyMichigan.

A male employee by street entrance/catwalk - picking his nose 🐽 A female Nurse putting band on my friend pre-op, had the most disgusting dirty fingernails and was even chewing them at desk when said friend came out of surgery 🤢
