I called because my laptop screen was on the fritz while on a short vacation and I was desperate for a fix. Hoping for a loose video card. Made an appointment for that afternoon. The very kind and knowledgeable employee whose name I failed to get immediately and correctly diagnosed a cracked screen that she could not get replaced on the spot but told me where to get it fixed when I got home and gave good estimates of the cost range to help with the “fix or replace “ decision. Highly recommend this tiny shop adjacent to gas station.

As always another very successful job. This was a big one for me. They had to clean the laptop because it had been compromised. Not only was it cleaned I was given a great deal of advice on how to better protect the device.
