The refrigerator appears to be in excellent condition, except for a stain in the bottom drawer for which a replacement has been ordered. The only reason I gave a 4 rather than a 5 is the delivery. The delivery men tracked in dirt, put a significant dent and paint chip in a visible spot on the wall, needed to use my tools and failed to anchor and level the fridge. A service man came the next day and took care of the problems except for the wall issue, which I will repair.

Shawn was very courteous and professional when he arrived. He went right to work to assess the problem and soon had everything corrected. He was very neat and left no mess. I would highly recommend Samaritan!

Very nice to work with. Originally we didn't realize we had an extended warranty on our oven so we had them come out & order part out of pocket. When we did realize that we had an extended warranty, they reimbursed us minus the trip charge. Received the part pretty quick & now I can use my oven again.
