The worker (Robby) was very thoughtful and extremely kind to help me get my dryer working as quickly as possible. I truly feel he cares about his customers, finding the problem, and fixing it quickly. There’s been so many people look at that dryer and provide no help. The last one told me to tell my boyfriend to buy me a new dryer. She didn’t even open the inside up to find out why it wasn’t heating. I truly appreciate the help and response time from your company.
