I have been going to this practice for 24 years. I miss Dr. Bowen. The dentists there now are good but the receptionist is a complete, go ahead and fill in the blank. I called with notice to move up my appt back in July and the first available appt she said they had was Dec. Upon arrival I had wait in my car and call the office. I arrived 15 mins early. They had me come inside and 5 other people came in after me and went back first. It was now 15 mins past my appt time and I got up to use the bathroom to let them know i was just using the bathroom quickly and the receptionist scoffed at me and rolled her eyes. Molly one of the dental hygienists is absolutely what will keep us coming back. My kiddo on the spectrum requires a lot of patience and kindness. She seamlessly handled my child's behaviors. I can't thank her enough and wish more humans like her existed in this world.
It was definitely worth the wait. Today I had my long awaited Root Canal. Dr. Bowen and his assistant (Please forgive me but I forget her name) were wonderful. Both were very attentive and made me very comfortable. This visit was truly enjoyable! I can't believe I actually just said that about going to the Dentist ? Thank you so much ❤️
