I took my daughter there with my ex wife. We have joint custody, but my ex has physical custody. She was brought here after threatening to kill herself twice while in her moms care. We signed a paper stating that they needed both our opinions/ decisions to do anything with our daughters treatment. My ex changed the second appointment and I was never told. They prescribed my daughter some medication. I don't believe she needed it, so I called to complain and have it stopped until I could get in with them. CMH saved my life. 2 of the 3 psychiatrists I have seen there have been awesome. My adolescent therapist was amazing, and my current therapist on the adult side is wonderful and very helpful. The front desk staff is very kind and they learn your name and get to know you. You're not just another client to them. I am always called in for appointments promptly, and if there ever is going to be a wait I am notified of why and how long I can be expected to wait. My only complaint is there isn't that much seating in the waiting room so on busy days I have to sit next to people I don't know (not always easy for someone with social phobia).
