LG washer/dryer unit on it's 4th drain pump in 4 years! The first went bad in the first year. This was my first of 3 contacts with Advanced. I have spoken to the same woman all 3 times. She is always calm, professional and very specific about fees and timeframes. The first contact did not result in service, due to covid related time delays, but I bookmarked them due to the satisfactory response, given the circumstances. 2 years later, pump died again. Contacted them: same woman again very specific with fees and we can come there tomorrow, but will call if sooner. Infact called back the same day to come out. Great appliance repair, that presumably is locally owned. I called, the lady who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful. They were able to get out the day after I called. The office called in advance as I was told they would. Rocky arrived and was very courteous and pleasant. I was given the option to replace parts needed with what he had in his van, or to order OEM parts. Of course I selected to have it repaired with what he had on hand (OEM would have of course been much more expensive, and would have had to wait for them). Our oven is now working, and at a very reasonable cost. Much better experience than going through a corporate type appliance repair service....read full review
