Customer service has been less than ZERO! Will not return calls not matter who you leave a message with. The phone is answered by an message saying that they are on the lines, busy with a customer or you have reached them after hours. I know none of this is true. I have left over 10 messages and NOTHING in return. NOTHING!
Our experience with Peters Building Company has been excellent. Jane, our contact at the company, has been very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We asked a huge amount of questions and were very specific in our building needs. She always responded quickly, completely and very professionally. We would definitely work with Peters Building again.
We bought the home when it was a year old. It is now 2 years old with outside pipe leaking. There is only a 1 year warranty for original owners and they tried to quickly get me off the phone.
