We have had exceptionally great experience with Diversified over the years. The reason for this 4 rating was that on this job the coordination and communication was poor. For months, we waited for a repair on an active roof leak. Three times the work was finally scheduled, we would await the worker, but no one would show, nor even tell us they weren’t coming. To add to the problem, the front office was grossly inconsistent in answering the phone and returning calls. When we did make contact, they were apologetic and said it wouldn’t happen again, but it did! However, Diversified’s expertise is evident. Stan returned my call within a few hours to assess a leak in our living room. He made a repair free of charge and provided recommendations and pictures of the area that was likely leaking. Great customer service. I will not hesitate to call Diversified Roofing when we replace our roof.
