“Well, I’ve been here many times I really appreciate the hard work and diligence of the doctors except I have one issue, that receptionist that arrogant impatient miserable human, I’ll give 5 stars for the actual helping out animals part Dr Ann is amazing!!“

“I will not take my dogs there ever again.took my dog there she was going to have puppy's ,she was not eating drinking going to the bathroom or nothing,they took her temp and gave her a iv with electrolytes , her sides were hard as a rock .told me she will have her pups in 1 to 2 days ,she was carrying 6 pups , which they were worth up to 3,000 apiece .well that night she died called emergency and they told me put her in a dark place and leave her alone, by rights they should have had me bring her in . NOT so I lost my dog and pups and Alot of money ,but they madee pay them 256.98 for what they did Don't go there they don't care !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“Uptown Veterinary Clinic staff was absolutely amazing when we had to say goodbye to our 15 year old lab, Talula. They explained everything and let our sweet girl stay on her bed in the back of our car so she could be outside in the sunshine. They gave us time for lots of hugs and tears, making such a painful experience as comfortable as possible. The staff was incredible! They also made sure Faithful Companion was there within minutes of us leaving to take her for cremation. We received a call the following morning saying she was back and ready to be taken home! Uptown Vet staff even washed her blanket and had it ready when we returned. I highly recommend Uptown Veterinary Clinic. We miss our "Lula" so much but the compassion and care they showed to us and Talula will never be forgotten.“

“Had the best experience bringing my dog in for his yearly shots yesterday! The doctor and assistant were very professional, gentle, and thorough. I was in an out in less than an hour and for the amount of things needed, I consider that a decent turnaround! They even gave me tips on how to keep my dog calm for future visits. “The staff was very patient with our new puppy as she worked through some anxiety on her first visit. They jumped right in to help get her in the building and settled. During the appointment, they were very present and spent the time needed to answer questions, provide recommendations, etc. and never seem to be trying to rush us out for the next appointment. Their focus was completely on my dog and me as they provided care.“
