They do an excellent job. I have a lot of dry cleaning to do, winter coats and so forth. So I have to say, I find them exorbitantly expensive. I usually wait for coupons. The coupons/promos Ziker sends take the edge off of the high cost, so there’s that.
They’re wise for knowing how to keep me coming back with a big pile.
Ultimately the location downtown is awesome, the team are really thoughtful and perfecting. The tailor inside is great. I went to Ziker Cleaners this week to have one garment tailored and three dry-cleaned. Aiden and Kelly were tremendously helpful, efficient, and accountable. They said it would take a week or two, but I told them I really needed one garment for an event on July 3rd. I'm so grateful - and happily amazed - when they had my dry-cleaning/tailoring order done not in 2 weeks, but 2 DAYS! My dress clothes look visibly cleaner. Plus, Aiden and Kelly are fast and efficient, so I will be returning to Ziker Cleaners for future tailoring/dry-cleaning.
