I was in town for a long weekend and signed up for the two week intro package. My girlfriend and I were able to get in two sessions with Brooke, one on the beach and another in the studio. Unfortunately our schedule made it so we couldn't do a third class. Anyway, I highly recommend this business.

I have been attending classes at Yoga Life for a few months now, and it has been an absolute delight. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted (by name) to a warm and loving environment that is just absolutely condusive to reaching a higher plane of consciousness.All of the instructors are incredibly kind and intelligent (both emotionally and intellectually). And they help guide you towards moving past your own limitations.If you give yourself fully to the practice, you will feel the weights of life becoming more and more bearable each and every day.Thank you, Yoga Life Studio!

Great yoga studio! My friends and I did a private class here for my bachelorette party, it was perfect and they were so easy to work with to plan it! Otherwise I love their classes and the studio is beautiful!
