“I was given a quote from another local company that rhymes with Moss, they said my 10 year old furnace needed 2k-3k worth of work or 14K for a new unit. 4 Parts would need to be ordered etc...I thought it odd that they all went bad at the same time. I should have known, that they sent out the sales rep with the technician for a reason. Sales person was very pushy, I finally told him I would need to get a second opinion. I called City because this is who we use at the shop where I work and we always have great service. Tyler came out determined the issue and he went to pick up the part required locally!, In a snow storm and had my unit up and running in a little over an hour for just over $500.Be careful who you do business with.“

“BER went out of their way, and bumped our school, River Of Life in Benton Harbor to the top of the list. They came out and crawled through the nasty tunnels to cap off two major leaks in the boiler system plumbing underneath the school. We didn’t know how long it would be that our school would be without heat, but thanks to them we were only without heat for one day. We thank God for the amazing staff at BER!“
