I was given a quote from another local company that rhymes with Moss, they said my 10 year old furnace needed 2k-3k worth of work or 14K for a new unit. 4 Parts would need to be ordered etc...I thought it odd that they all went bad at the same time. I should have known, that they sent out the sales rep with the technician for a reason. Sales person was very pushy, I finally told him I would need to get a second opinion. I called City because this is who we use at the shop where I work and we always have great service. Mark was AMAZING! He was efficient & extremely polite! I felt very comfortable with him being in my home! A little expensive but you get what you pay for right! I would recommend Ciry Plumbing/ Mark to anyone!

After posting my Yelp review for City Plumbing St. Joseph I am pleased the company reviewed my invoice after a conversation between Kerry and I and has made a fair adjustment / credit for some circumstances that were not realized by Kerry. In a nutshell I appreciate their integrity and professionalism. They do good work and I would recommend.
