About Nail Tech
Nail Tech offers a mixed experience. While some customers praise the work of specific technicians like Cameron and Tina, others have had less satisfactory services, such as rushed manicures and limited massages. The pricing is considered reasonable, but the overall service quality and attention to detail have declined over time, leading one customer to say they won't be returning. The business has potential, especially with the addition of a skilled technician named Anna, but needs to improve consistency to meet customer expectations.
Cameron did a great job with my pedicure. Hats off to him. I wish the massage had been more than a couple minutes. The gentleman that did my manicure flew through the whole process. Barely took care of my cuticles. Did a 20-second hand massage. I used to go here all the time over a decade ago and got such good service. However, now prices have greatly increased and service has gone down. I won't be going back when I'm in town.
I have gone to Anna for several years. I am so happy about her coming to Nail Tech. Anna is all about serving her customers with gratitude. She will make the place stand above others.
Very pleased with the quality of my acrylic nails. Smooth and even finish. No bumps. I had Tina as a technician and she was great.
It was a little rough around my cuticles.
Some of the better pricing in town, but you get what you pay for. Very basic place. No cuticle trimming or push back, no cuticle oil at the end or any hand cream
