I have been going to Rochelle/Head to Toe for over 5 years now. I’m not from this area, so I was desperate to find someplace that offers quality beauty services when I moved from a bigger city. Rochelle is absolutely wonderful and I’ll always recommend her! I saw some negative reviews and just wanted to provide some perspective as a massage client who is there almost weekly. Rochelle tries her best to ensure her clients have a relaxing time. When people have extremely loud conversations or bring their young children in for haircuts, it is distracting for other customers getting spa services.
