First, I want to talk about the physical aspect. During my first appointment, I felt a big change. My neck hurt less, I had more mobility, and I slept soundly. The doctors and the entire staff are very friendly; they really make you want to come back for your next appointment.
This is the best gift I could give my body and I didn't know I needed it so much.

Update: We've been coming to Fully Alive for over a year now, and our family can't imagine our day to day without them! Personally, I had some pretty major neck issues that I had compensated for without realizing it. I also couldn't stand to put on socks and shoes - not because of pain, but because I couldn't balance long enough to do so. I chalked it up to getting older, but as it turns out, as Dr. Tara and Dr. Mel worked on my spine every week, these issues gradually subsided. Fully Alive has been so helpful in my life I came when I was a baby because of ear infections and since chiropractic I haven’t had an ear infection since. I always bounce back quickly when I’m sick and chiropractic keeps me injury free ?
