Jodi was able to get us in on short notice for holiday weekend vacation massages, and was absolutely wonderful. Great communication leading up to the massage, including directions and photos so there was no guesswork with parking, and through the massage with explanations of what was happening and why. Very comfortable person to work with, with accommodating style to fit the individual need. Jodi, if I find myself back in the Benton Harbor area, I will definitely be back to see you. I love Karri! Was referred to her by a friend when I was looking for someone to do massage work on my arm and hand. As an artist and part time cook, I get a lot of strain on my shoulders and arms. Karri is gentle with those who may be hesitant to get into massage for fear of pain. Massage is soothing and relaxing here. Karri also uses hot stones and always has gentle music playing to enhance the experience. It also always smells great in there! A sense of calm always comes over me when I enter the building. I'll continue to go see her and recommend her to others.
I have Back neck and Shoulder issues. I have had hundreds of massages in the last ten years including $150 in Chicago. Karri has great prices was soooo friendly but this was the best massage iveever had. Give her a call for an appointment. You will be happy you did .
