Super thankful for companies with customer service like this. With our old employer, we used BER for a wide range of services. Their service response and knowledge of equipment led us to hiring them to install the heat pump in our home. The service call response time was insane, the unit was fixed and back to operational in no time.

BER went out of their way, and bumped our school, River Of Life in Benton Harbor to the top of the list. They came out and crawled through the nasty tunnels to cap off two major leaks in the boiler system plumbing underneath the school. We didn’t know how long it would be that our school would be without heat, but thanks to them we were only without heat for one day. We thank God for the amazing staff at BER!

Although the situation was not wonderful, Riley and his team at BER were. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. As is typical with plumbing issues, they kept revealing more problems but continued to work diligently to solve them. They went above and beyond. A lot of work for a reasonable price.
