The SERVPRO team of Leo, Brandon, Cody, Taylor and Jordan were prompt, polite, personable and professional. They worked diligently to complete the task and communicated thoroughly to make sure we knew what was being done. They made a depressing situation manageable. Highly recommend SERVPRO of Eaton, Clinton, Gratiot Counties. Five stars!!
Will was the project manager for the construction on our home after a small fire and a lot of smoke damage and he handled everything to the smallest detail with such professionalism. It started with Blake but then Will took over. There was a lot of issues that came up and he took care of them and made sure the process went as it should. Will is very AWESOME!
Derek and Daniel came out to do the mold cleaning.They were kind and respectful, very personable.
