Absolutely terrible. Do NOT use them. They don't know the difference between the US Military and Federal Law Enforcement.

They filed my tax return incorrectly, leaving me receiving an unforeseen $2,000 tax to the State of Michigan.

Their reply was "it was a mistake, we should have caught it, we have a division of people to check for these things, but we missed it".

So I asked for a refund of my payment. (Approx $295)

They were only willing to give me $29 which was what the State of Michigan was charging me in interest.

Poor communication. I had an interview with Mrs. Meredith to discuss my taxes in the beginning of March. She stated she would call me back to see if she could find a way for me to receive a larger refund. When the taxes due date was coming up, I called multiple times to see if she found anything or if she would just submit my taxes as they are. She NEVER called me back. I ended up going into the office a few days before the due date and she said that they were completed. A few weeks later, my parents, who had an interview the same day as me, got their taxes back. If I could give this place zero stars i would. Do not go to this place for taxes. They refused to give us a price because we had to call back with my child's ssn so they could complete the forms. The price somehow tripled from the time we went in to the time we got home. Unacceptable customer care. Save yourself the time and money for a place that charges almost 400$ to complete and file 4 tax forms. Our preparer also said "she didn't even charge us for stuff"..but when we asked exactly what she didn't charge us for her response was, "I don't have time to go over all of that with you."
