I have been frequenting Ziba for a handful of years now. I recently for the first time went somewhere ‘cheaper’ and wow I will not make that mistake twice. Not only are their prices always fair, their customer service is efficient, their building is extremely maintained, clean, and updated, they know what they’re doing and everytime I leave there I leave more than satisfied. They are the definition of professional. I feel good from the moment I step into the door until the moment I leave. And on top of all of that, getting to know the owners and what genuine, good people they are is the cherry on top. They sincerely give back to our community three fold. They check every box in my book, and I’m happy to spend my money at a good place ran by good people! Anyone who says otherwise I truly don’t believe has ever been there. I will ALWAYS recommend anyone to go to Ziba, and I know plenty of people that feel the same.

Disappointed to see that the owners aren’t supporting the Saginaw Twp school bond, which would do so much to strengthen our community. Strong schools benefit everyone in the community.

It is the most unfriendly place. If you don't like what they did, and you want improvement, you are told not to come back. I wouldn’t give one star. My upper lip looked deformed The hygienist noticed it. I remarked on it when I visited and told me not to come back. They think you have to use it all because you paid for it. I would recommend going to professionals that listen and put in what you want. Also, they told me not to come anymore when i kindly expressed how i felt. Instead of learning from my feeling, they tell you to leave and not to come back. They are scary. A Doctor is worth every bit of money. Not this Ziba place.

I have been going to Ziba for laser hair removal for almost two years and have no had no problem with scheduling and the longest I’ve ever waited was about 12-15 which I consider appropriate and the laser hair removal services have been excellent we have nice conversations during the removal and she is kind and compassionate. I have another friend who recommended me here initially and they have never complained about the service provided either. These reviews are wildly contradictory to everything I have experienced at Ziba. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly, and the services are well worth it , the staff are also honest about what they think will work the best for you.
