Had to come back to do the job. Spent a lot of time running back and forth from our house to his vehicle to get tools. He figured out what was wrong but because his work day ended at 3:30pm he could not continue. Came back 1/2 hour later than promised. Did a great job! Then charged 4 hours of work to support and rehang a chandelier after telling us 3 hours. Called office and was able to get the amount reduced to 3 hours. When I received the new invoice, I called. The people in the office couldn't take my credit card payment. Said they would call back when their office person was actually in the office. I haven't heard in a week. Hmmmm! Strange experience.
