As customers for 30+ years. We purchased a refrigerator in January. It repeatedly broke down. After their 6th trip several replaced parts, we were informed a new refrigerator will be coming. Art noey went to bat for us. We appreciate everything they have done for us and we will remain loyal customers.
We had a service call for our dishwasher.I like the new app. They have location of service on this sight. Store notified time service men would approximately arrive at our home. We were #5 scheduled for around 2:00 pm. Thee app allows you to watch where servicemen are,their present location. Men arrived professionally ordered needed part, told us about 1 week and they will install new part.
The problem with our new stove was diagnosed within 10 minutes, we’re now waiting for the part to come in, repair person was professional and courteous and seemed very knowledgeable with future advice for our appliance, the self cleaning feature on our stove was not the best option to use for us, as the high temperature caused the fan motor to fail.
