I've had only positive experiences here, and if I could have a massage every single day, I would. Teresa is fantastic - she gets right into the knots and tension, and I leave with so much relief. The best.
Update 8/1/25: still great. First massage with Kathy today. 10/10, would recommend.
I came in with chronic shoulder discomfort that had been bothering me for couple of days — especially during workouts and overhead movements. After just 3 sessions, the improvement has been incredible. Jenifer was extremely knowledgeable she point out the issue and how to fix it. I’m now back to training without pain, and my shoulder mobility has noticeably improved. Highly recommend for anyone serious about getting real results and staying active.

Simply the best! I've been through physical therapy and other treatments, but no one has helped me as much as Preferred Chiropractic & Massage. Very warm and welcoming environment and the staff are very knowledgable and extremely friendly. I was in a bad car accident and a lot of pain, but Preferred has helped give me my life back. Highly recommended!
