Poly Nail is a popular salon known for its quality pedicures and professional staff. Customers appreciate the recent store updates and new equipment, which enhance their experience. Many clients have been loyal for years, citing consistent, great pedicures and friendly service. The younger male nail techs are especially praised for their compassion and skill. Overall, the salon offers a complete beauty service, including nails, lashes, eyebrows, and waxing, with most customers expressing high satisfaction. However, there was a recent incident where a staff member's customer service was not up to par, with some customers feeling the interaction lacked friendliness. Despite this, the salon generally maintains a positive reputation for delivering satisfying and professional beauty treatments.
There are only two people running the salon right now and they are the owners. Michelle does pedicures and eyebrows and Willie does the nails. They need to hire at least 2 good nail techs because when its crowded the wait is long.
I have been going here for 3 1/2 years. They just got an update to the store and equipment. I have never had any issues with them. Pedicures have always been great. Sitting here right now getting a pedicure. Lives up to my standards. Girl doing my pedicure is new and very sweet. Had a very pleasant conversation with Michelle. I really prefer this place out of any other place I have been in Saginaw. Happy with my Pedi.
Very professional and my pedicure was off the chain..I go to Poly Nails and get a complete job..my lashes,eyebrows nails and pedicure on a regular basis..I have always been completely satisfied..Thanks Willie/Polly Nails
