I had the distinct pleasure of doing a drop-in at Palm BJJ with Professor Carl for a Monday 09:00 AM advanced no-gi class and it was an absolute blast! Amazing focused and consistent teaching, matched by the intensity of sparring for a good chunk of every class! All the coaches and training partners here are fantastic. Very welcoming, safe, and fun environment. Also home to high level world class competitors! Look no further.

If you are looking for elite training that fits the casual and highly competitive athlete this is your place. As a female trainer I love that there is a strong presence of women there too. You will not only learn about how to be a good grappler, you’ll have the opportunity to learn skills you can use navigating many challenges you may face. The gym has a solid group of coaches and people training. Worth the hour drive for me every time.
