At this point, after reading every review, after reading the doctors legal history in the news, someone has got to ask, investigate, if this is insurance fraud (I spoke too soon, he has been under investigation for Healthcare fraud, bounced checks to his employees, tons of lawsuits against him and his companies). Which honestly doesnt seem like a far cry given his legal history. Because what's the point of any of our visits?????
I honestly don’t even know where to start.
I scheduled an appointment for both my daughter and myself. We arrived on time, were taken back to a room, and then waited there for almost 2 hours before anyone came in or even checked on us. At that point I stayed mostly out of stubbornness because we had already waited so long. The topper, I always book our appointments the beginning of the morning so we are in and out, apparently no reason to here.
When we finally met with the doctor, he prescribed two medications for my daughter. Normally, with my primary provider, the prescription information is given to me and the office sends it directly to the pharmacy. I assumed the same process would happen here.
However, checking out took another 20 minutes, not because of other patients but because the reception staff were eating lunch and gossiping in the back office while we were standing there waiting to be helped.
When we were finally checked out, I was trying to schedule follow-up appointments. The staff didn’t know whether my daughter’s follow-up should be in 3 months or 6 months, or whether mine should be 6 months or a year. Instead of checking with the doctor to confirm, they seemed unsure and unorganized. At that point, after already being there for nearly two hours, I was exhausted and just told them to schedule the later options so we could leave.
While we were standing there, the staff also openly discussed the doctor and other staff members in the back (physician assistant???), saying they didn’t know what they were doing. That didn’t exactly inspire confidence.
About a week later, I called the pharmacy because we hadn’t heard anything about the prescriptions. The pharmacy told me they never received any orders. I called the doctor’s office and informed them, and they said they would notify the doctor.
Another week passed with nothing. I called again and was told the same thing.
Now, over a month later, we still have no prescriptions, no follow-up, and no call from the office.
Ironically, when my primary provider originally referred me here, I mentioned to my office that this particular officr had some very negative reviews. Unfortunately, now I understand why.
This entire experience ended up being a complete waste of time:
-Three hours in the office
-Half a day off work for me (unpaid)
-Half a day of school missed for my daughter.
And in the end, absolutely nothing was accomplished.

WE’RE DONE! We agree with every complaint below. Last appointment, we waited over 2 HOURS until my husband left the room we were sitting in and went to get a medical assistant to ask how much longer we had to wait. The one girl at the desk was filing her nails and did nothing. We’ve seen this doctor three times and each time they make an appointment, it is rescheduled. One appointment was rescheduled THREE times! When you call the office, you are put on hold forever. My husband said that we are NOT going back and will find another dermatologist!

Horrible experience. Wasn’t seen until 2 hours after my appt time. The ladies at the front desk were eating chips and gossiping about Taylor swift while the waiting room was standing room only. DAVID STOCKMAN read off a different patients chart and tried to give me an in office injection without telling me what it is. WORST medical office experience ever.

My daughter was supposed to be seen one week after an ER visit. They were able to get us in at exactly one week. The day before the appointment they canceled and weren't able to reschedule for another 2 weeks (making it 3 weeks post ER). I asked to be put on a cancelation list, but they never called for an earlier appointment. The day before her rescheduled appointment, they canceled again.
They also seem to use a scheduling service rather than using in-house staff and they have NO kindness or understanding or sense of urgency.

NIGHTMARE. Save yourself time and frustration from this business. 8 months of dealing with improper coding billing issues and over charging for services that they are required to be explained which are not covered by your insurance but they freely do hoping you won’t catch them. Good luck trying to get ahold of them on the phone. We finally had to have BCBS deal with all their mistakes to sort all the billing problem under the appeal process.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, they are the only ones I can find to take my insurance. I haven't had my arthritis medication in over a month. No one will answer the phone or return my calls. My primary doctor and my pharmacy have tried to reach them. The website the phone number gave is not available. They do not care about their patients. I hate this place.

I started here a few years ago for Rheumatoid Arthritis and they have gone thru 3 doctors during that time. The first was nice, the second was gruff and talked poorly of first doctor. The 3rd was nice, but was a in office telehealth doctor. The office has since lost this doctor, my last appointment was cancelled and I haven't heard any news in 4 weeks. I always paid my copay in office as requested, at check in for appointment. The last 3 visits I received a bill in the mail for the full amount of copay, when I checked online it showed that amount due, I had paid plus more, when I called and said I had receipt, I was told, oh the amount was different from what insurance was suppose to pay due to telehealth visit charge. So I paid the $15 difference. But that didn't explain why the bill was for what Id already paid plus the difference instead of kist the difference. It happened again and I was sent the bill 4 months from visit saying past due.
