I’ve trained at other Dojos and nothing compares to the training I’ve received at MAC. Shihan Joe Stricker is the best of the best! I highly recommend training with him if you’d truly like to learn real martial arts.

Micaela Solano WIC advocate at Janes St clinic invited me to join her in a class of kick boxing. Although I went to the class honestly didn't want to keep going. Here I am and I still keep going for what I love great health, feeling a little stronger, powerful, & not afraid to use self-defense should I ever need to. Encouragement from one student to the next is awesome! Pushing yourself to your own limit to be better each time you go. Great class!

Great place to learn & train Martial Arts. I'm looking forward to teaching a seminar @ the Bay City Site thurs March 27th 6-8pm. Goss Grappling teaching international techniques.
