This class is great for those who want to compete at the highest level and also for those who do it for the knowledge of bjj and work out. The class has been very welcoming and made me feel like I’m part of the family I am now one month into my training and I can’t wait to keep getting better

My kids have been attending for the last couple of years. The positive improvement in their physical performance is only slightly less than the vast improvement to their mental toughness and attitude.The staff an coaches are great with kids. It's obvious that they have the skill to train children and that they truly enjoy doing it.I was so inspired that I joined myself! Any adult can benefit from the inevitable improvement to their fitness, but also their mental toughness. It's a great sport and, again, the same great staff and coaches.The culture of the rest of the students is also great. Everyone is very willing to help and teach and train hard. Extraordinary coaching staff. Welcoming and knowledgeable training partners. Clean and spacious facility. I’ve been to several grappling gyms over the years and I can’t say enough good things about Palm, for all ages and ranks.
