Service is horrible how can you tell your client you don’t have anyone for them so you just leave them with no service for that day that’s abuse and neglect if one of your workers almost dropped a client and the client doesn’t want work with them any more but you the company continues to send the worker is horrible from mangers to employees all horrible wouldn’t even send my pet to this company very very unprofessional safe hands warm hearts poor customer service
Helping Hand has done an amazing job assisting me with my parkinson disease limitations. You have all done amazing in helping me gain mobility. All the help has been outstanding! Thank You, Darlene Sheehan
They force there workers to work outside their comfort zone. They don't listen very well to their workers. Continue to push them into situations the workers don't want. And cut their hours when they don't get what they want. Unfavorable treatment of both clients and workers. I have witnessed this First Hand!!!
