We had a very detailed and through cleaning experience with Genuine. The knowledge and care Jason provides is valued greatly. The process and products Jason uses have made our carpets look brand new after 7 years past installation and several pets. Genuine (Jason) also saved us money once I site at the house and assessing square footage further and rugs. We loved that we were not stuck with a generic quote our service price was adjusted accordingly.
