Mike made it easy!! He worked with me and showed me many options that were the look I was going for... he went above and beyond with communication with the order all the way to the installation! It came in quickly once ordered..binding was great looking on runner and rugs. Jerry the installer, was exceptional! 100% will use again and can confidently recommend.

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Mike the owner/manager helping me in my time of need when picking out flooring. I was apart of the flood damage in April in Saginaw and my entire basement floor was damaged. Mike ensured me that his flooring team would take care of it and would get me back to normal! Mike took his time with my measurement, and the selection of the flooring I wanted. Kelsey was assigned to my floors and he was fast reliable, respectful and did an amazing job! Kelsey and Mike communicate, and are dependable!! They are trusting and very honest and Kelsey works his days out until the sun goes down.
