Terrible service. We called 2 weeks ago for siding repair quote. They said someone would call. Three days later I called them back and was told that our paperwork was on the desk and someone would be calling today to come and give a quote. No one ever called or came over for a quote. Here it is 2 weeks later and still no call or show and we are repeat customers. Now work is getting completed by another company who came the day we called.

Called for an estimate, the person on the phone Sherri was super friendly and helpful. They booked me in right away. One of the owners came out for estimate. They were on time, very nice and knowledgeable. There prices were comparable to others. They came out and did my roof and got it done very quickly I was so surprised about how fast and efficient the guys were. They were in and out in day. And then just came up the next day to clean up. The guys made sure everything was picked up and even made sure all the nails and stuff were out of the driveway. Definitely a positive experience and will use them again!! I highly recommend them!

Called for an estimate on a roof. First, they rescheduled without notifying me. Then, when they did come, the guy was on the property for 5 minutes (if that) before disappearing. The email I was supposed to get "in a few days" has never arrived, a week and a half later now. Seemed pretty unprofessional, recommend avoiding them.

One of the people who work for the company nearly side swiped me on the way to work this morning. He was in a turn lane, trying to beat traffic that was in the proper lane on the right, and tried forcing his work truck/van into my lane with no blinker. I honked my horn so he didn't ram me and while I was passing him, he flipped ME off. If this is the type of trash that works for this company, I'm sure the actual work that they do is no better.

They called me and set an appointment to do an estimate for my roof. No one ever showed up. I called back and was told the guy came by and could not get on the roof as it was so high so he flew the drone over and left a card on the front door and I would get the estimate emailed that day. I have a ring camera and checked. He was never here. No estimate. I’ll find someone that wants the job.

I had Eurich home improvement completely update my bathroom and add a big beautiful deck. I am thoroughly impressed with the job and after some last minute add ons on my part we were only a little over budget?Dylan, Sherri, and Jason are folks I've gotten to know over this process and I can't recommend their family business enough.Ben

Got an estimate for a shower remodel. When my husband went to sign contract and pay deposit we didn't notice until after the fact that 'No Plumbing' was noted on the paper. He signed on a Friday afternoon, I called the following Monday asking for some clarification because I thought plumbing in our shower was something we would definitely need. The receptionist told me she'd give Bob the message and he'd call me back. At that point I just wanted to know how much more it would cost so we would be prepared. Didn't get a call back. Called again approximately 2 weeks later since he had told us they would start about 3 weeks after contract signed. Receptionist again said she'd give Bob the message and he'd call back. Bob called the Friday before the project was supposed to start. Said adding plumbing would be minimum $900 possibly up to $1600. We decided to cancel going forward with Eurich. When I called the office to cancel, the receptionist gave me absolutely no hassle about picking up our deposit. I guess they are used to it. It was a pretty disappointing experience.UPDATE: In response to ST, who i assume is an employee or manager of the business. **When the estimator came to look at the shower it was completely down to the studs and he was told there was a leak in the drain and that we had purchased new fixtures. Yes, it was our error not looking more carefully at the contract which is why I immediately called the following business day.**
