I don't LOVE writing reviews but hate that this Medexpress has such low ones. Want to off set the low stars because I've been to this urgent care about 3-4 times now and have never had a problem. All the staff has been friendly and have always treated me with respect and dignity. I have never waited longer than the estimated wait time that is online and I always check. Appointment times are always honored, although due to COVID-19 they are on a walk-in basis only.
