I visited urgent care today because something came over me overnight and wanted to address it proactively on my day off so I wouldn’t have to use sick time later. Although they weren’t able to determine what was causing my symptoms, I do want to recognize that every staff member I interacted with was kind and patient with me while I was feeling very sluggish and out of it.
I was also in and out within about an hour, which I appreciated. I just wish we had been able to find some answers so I could resolve this before returning to work. Still, I’m thankful for the respectful and compassionate treatment I received during my visit.
I have been here 3 times, twice for my children and once for myself. We have seen Lindsey and Dr. Mackinnon. I am not one to typically do doctors unless absolutely necessary and these two are SUPER. All of the staff have been friendly and welcoming. I do wish Dr M and Lindsey would have their own family practice. HE is the doctor people need.
