Rude nurse practitioner with inappropriate tone of voice. Thankfully I do not need to return. Would not recommend if you like friendly staff.

FINALLY a facility that I leave genuinely feeling better. The staff has not only taken the time to listen to my questions/concerns, but gave me up-front and logical answers to go with. Today I saw Dr. Bays, and while she herself was absolutely delightful, she had an OBGYN resident with her, whose name I don’t recall, and she was WONDERFUL! Very knowledgeable and kind. Girl if you see this, let me know when you’re accepting new patients🫶

At 70 years old....as a man.....I had my very first mammogram and ultrasound on my chest today.......I want to give a huge shout out to Alyssa Murphy !!! She made the entire process as enjoyable as possible!!! You have an incredible employee there.....and an even better human being.......take care of her and you'll have an incredible employee for life have one of the best employees for life

Outstanding, friendly, fast, and great with all they have to do! Its a relaxing atmosphere when having to going in for breast exam also.

Amazing! Today was my first mammogram but the staff made me feel relaxed from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. I only waited a minute before being called back. The woman who took me back to the changing room was very nice and explained what I needed to do and made sure I understood before she left. When the technician took me back to the room, she was so thoughtful. She explained the process to me and answered all my questions before starting. She made sure I felt comfortable (or as comfortable as someone can feel in that situation). Afterward, she showed me the difference in the different types of screening (2D and 3D). I wish I would have told her how grateful I was to her for being so friendly and patient with me. I know she didn't have to spend so much time explaining everything to me but she did and I will be forever grateful .

The most Awesome experience I have ever had during a Mammogram Exam. the front desk Staff was so kind when I arrived as I was being checked in. Then the Nurse who escorted me to the changing room was also nice and pleasant, but I must say the "MVP" of the day was my Technician who actually performed the exam. I just want to give a "Big Round" of Applause! to Amy, Grace and Wendy, Love You Much and thank you for taking an uncomfortable situation and turning it into a pleasant experience for me. And for making my day a little bit brighter. I was not looking forward to my exam but, you all were my angels. Once again thank you, you just don't know how much i appreciate the kindness and words of encouragement that you all gave to me.Warmest Regards, Ms N. Pickens
