Amazing! Today was my first mammogram but the staff made me feel relaxed from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. I only waited a minute before being called back. The woman who took me back to the changing room was very nice and explained what I needed to do and made sure I understood before she left. When the technician took me back to the room, she was so thoughtful. She explained the process to me and answered all my questions before starting. The most Awesome experience I have ever had during a Mammogram Exam. the front desk Staff was so kind when I arrived as I was being checked in. Then the Nurse who escorted me to the changing room was also nice and pleasant, but I must say the "MVP" of the day was my Technician who actually performed the exam. I just want to give a "Big Round" of Applause! to Amy, Grace and Wendy, Love You Much and thank you for taking an uncomfortable situation and turning it into a pleasant experience for me.
