Absolutely terrible company! I wish I could give zero stars. We hired this company for my mother’s care. Me personally, after searching through reviews. Please save yourself the trouble and find another company! We found out De’anna took over the company just a couple years ago, which now explains the good reviews in the past which is why we went with the company. De’anna is now the owner and she is beyond terrible. We had multiple different home health care aides from this company. I cannot say enough about the level of service we received from Comforcare. They provided professional CNA care for my brother, along with a personal touch that gave our family peace of mind. Thank you!Julie K
I've worked with some amazing clients and at the same time with difficult ones but its not about us but those we provide care for...as a whole the clients is what makes my job worth going to...but today I was very frustrated with the management...on my way to work I witnessed a woman in her 70s get struck by a car and I pulled over call it in and began first aid being the first on scene...now isn't that what our job is all about caring for others...than can someone please tell me why management had the nerve to tell me I should have called and informed them...so in the mist of giving first aid to this lady stop what im doing to call..hmmm...and not once did they ask if...read full review
